FAQs

Q. Do any of your planners have pages for setting up daily curriculum requirements?

A. No. There are plenty of traditional planners out there. These planners are for those who would rather inspire their children to learn, rather than require a set daily curriculum.

Q. Will your planners work with the Charlotte Mason (Waldorf, Montessori, Classical Conversations, etc.) method?

A. Yes. Any method of home education can be used in an inspiring way, and these planners will help you integrate any system with inspiration to create a truly fantastic education for your children.

Q. Can I print a planner multiple times?

A. Yes, you can print any of our downloadable planners and record keepers as many times as needed, for multiple students. No need to purchase a planner twice.

Q. This type of home education, inspiring, not requiring, intrigues me. Where can I find out more?

A. The best resources I have ever seen on this type of education are by the folks at Thomas Jefferson Education (aka Leadership Education). The two books I would recommend are A Thomas Jefferson Education and Leadership Education: The Phases of Learning. Their goal is a lofty one, to help create a whole generation of people who absolutely love learning, have a strong foundation, and who are willing to work hard to make a difference in this world.

Q. I went to public school (or was homeschooled in a school-at-home manner) and I turned out just fine. Why do you think this is better?

A. This type of education is a complete paradigm shift for most of us. Think of how a toddler or preschooler is so curious, always asking why, and how they learn so much just from living and asking questions. An inspiring education helps restore or retain that natural curiosity, which most schooling systems crush. An inspired, self-motivated student gains a much deeper and more meaningful education than a child who just goes through the motions and passes the test. Some fantastic authors who explain this paradigm about education are: John Holt, John Taylor Gatto, and Raymond S. Moore.

Q. What restrictions are there with using your planners?
